Alternativ Giveaway contest rules

1. General
1.1. These contest rules apply to the giveaway organized by ALTERNATIV WORKSPACE SOLUTIONS NV/SA (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), with its office at 1050 Elsene/Ixelles, Zomerstraat/Rue de l’été 15, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0423.408.859, RPR/RPM Brussels (hereinafter “AWS”).
1.2. Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.

2. Eligibility
2.1. Participation is free and exclusively for visitors who register via the website www.alternativ.be.
2.2. Participants must be 18 years or older and affiliated with an organization based in Belgium.
2.3. Employees of Alternativ NV, their family members, and anyone directly involved in organizing the contest are excluded from participation.

3. Contest Mechanism
3.1. To participate, entrants must complete their details via the online registration form on the website and answer the tiebreaker question.
3.2. The tiebreaker question is: "How many Framery pods have been produced since the company was founded in 2010?"
3.3. Participants may only enter once. In case of multiple entries, only the first submission will be considered.

4. Winner Selection
4.1. The winner is the participants who guess the exact number of participants or come closest to it.
4.2. In case of a tie, the time of registration will determine the winner, with the earliest correct entry taking precedence.
4.3. Winners will be selected no later than December 23, 2024.

5. Prizes
5.1. The prizes are as follows:

Framery Compact One Meeting Pod for free use in the winner’s office for six months.

5.2. The prize is non-exchangeable for cash or other goods/services.
5.3. The winner must ensure the necessary infrastructure (e.g., space and electricity) to accommodate the Framery Pod.

6. Notification and Prize Distribution
6.1. Winners will be personally notified via email or phone.
6.2. The prize will be delivered and installed at the specified office address in Belgium in coordination with the winner.
6.3. If a winner does not respond within seven days of the Organizer's notification, the Organizer reserves the right to designate a new winner.

7. Data Protection
7.1. Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
7.2. The data will be used solely for the organization of this contest and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.

8. Liability
8.1. The Organizer cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or expenses arising from participation in the contest or the awarding of the prize.
8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure.

9. Complaints and Disputes
9.1. Complaints regarding this contest must be submitted in writing to ALTERNATIV WORKSPACE SOLUTIONS NV/SA, addressed to the marketing department.
9.2. These rules are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be exclusively submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.

10. Final Provision
10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules if circumstances require. Any changes will be announced on the Organizer’s website.
