Are you a hands-on marketer?

At Alternativ, we are looking for an all-round marketer to strengthen our team in Brussels. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on a wide range of marketing tasks and make a real impact.

As an all-round marketer, you will be the link between sales and marketing, as well as between strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging external partners: Such as photographers to capture our latest projects.
  • Creating and publishing content: Manage new publications on our website and social media channels, ensuring they are always up to date.
  • Organizing events: Collaborate with the sales team to organize small-scale events that inspire our clients.
  • Landing pages and email campaigns: Create and optimize conversion-focused landing pages and effective email campaigns.
  • Translating marketing strategies into action: Transform our marketing plans into concrete, creative initiatives.
  • Coordinating and executing marketing actions: Manage marketing projects and oversee both internal and external partners.
  • Database management: Maintain and expand our customer database.
  • Driving innovation: Experiment with the latest marketing tools, such as AI, to enhance our approach.
  • Reporting results: Analyze and present your findings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with sales: Understand input from the sales team and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Education or experience: You have a degree or relevant experience in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Language skills: Bilingual in Dutch and French is essential due to our Brussels location and diverse client base.
  • Technical knowledge: You are familiar with CMS systems, Google Analytics, online advertising platforms, and other digital tools that support your work.
  • Organization and multitasking: You excel at organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus.
  • Communication skills: You have strong communication abilities, excellent writing skills, and can convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Eagerness to learn: You continuously develop yourself by exploring the latest tools, trends, and strategies in marketing.
  • Proactive mindset: You take initiative, confidently share your ideas and results with management, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration with sales: You understand the importance of a close collaboration between sales and marketing and enjoy working together to achieve common goals.
